Varun Kapoor is the Business Head and Managing Partner of Decomplex Marketing, a creative team specializing in creative photoshoots for apparel, jewellery and footwear brands and poised to become India's Top Creative Photoshoot team.
Varun has spent 10 years in senior marketing positions across India and International companies. His experience spans across Airtel, Invista and Hindustan Times.
He is a Dipsite, a trained mechanical engineer from Delhi College of Engineering and an MBA from MDI, Gurgaon.
As a final stint, he spent 2 years in International Business Development with ESCP-EAP in Paris.
He has also led the Indian team twice in FSAE held at Leicester, U.K.
